Jirachi is an enhancer of spells and their outcomes. Loving to help wishes and things of that nature manifest to the fullest. Jirachi is designed to make sure when you cast a spell, or even make a wish on your birthday, that your deepest desires are heard and that you are able to get what you need. While Jirachi is spell oriented, that does not mean they cannot help you with your wishes and just trying to help with your day to day life. Jirachi wishes to have your wishes manifest no matter how big or small.
Jirachi's are servitors, which means they have only a few directives and perform their directives to the fullest. They will need to be recharged to continue to work properly. Unlike thoughtforms, made by us, they will be "less" intellectual and tend to communicate only when it is very important. You will need to give a name to your servitor after adopting them so they are attached to you. If no name is given they will be called Jirachi.
Jirachi will appear genderless and will answer to whatever pronouns are used towards them.
