Candiislittlemeta in concern to Divination Services provides only what is revealed through the chosen Divination method and in order to hold the shop in the highest of esteem will never alter the answers to spare the customers personal feelings.

As a customer of Candiislittlemeta you are entitled to Client Confidentiality, Candiislittlemeta will never reveal information given to us to any third party or person without your consent or a clear legal reason.

If you are in Shock, Rage or Grieving Candiislittlemeta holds the right to refuse or delay service of Divination due to the effect Strong Emotional States of the client can have on the answers given.

Candiislittlemeta reserves the right to perform an energy check on your home before a spirit is released to your care.

Candiislittlemeta reserves the right to request a two week - a month bonding period between you and spirits obtained through our shop if you have received several spirits and are wanting more.

If you are under 18 years old, parent permission is required for certain items, mostly divination, if you order from Candiislittlemeta, we will believe you were given parent permission to do so.

You can request refunds on physical items, and you will receive your refund once the item is returned to us and any damage to the product is taken into account, if it is not sellable but was when we sent it to you, you are entitled to a partial refund, Energy/spirit/divination work, Tips and Digital products are not eligible for refunds.

In spirit work we ask for your companions first initial and species so we know who we are talking too. We have to assume you know who and what the spirit is.

In spirit companionship we appreciate honesty. Please tell us how many companions you have and DO NOT fudge the number. IF, we find that to be the case, you will be BANNED from our shop, and services. All, if any, companions you have received from us will be asked if they wish to return and if the do, we will happily accept them back to our Sanctuary.

If you lie to us in spirit companionship, you will no longer be welcomed in our shop, and no money will be returned for transactions that had occurred.

A spirit is a living entity, if they feel unsafe in a situation they can willing terminate any binding or companionship. Candiislittlemeta is not responsible for this if it were to occur and if it does you are not entitled to a refund of any kind. As Spirits rarely do this and it is a last resort we here at Candiislittlemeta take this very seriously. If it does occur we can no longer offer you any Spirit Companion services such as Custom Conjures or Reverse Conjures as it might endanger future companions.
