Visitation Agreement

By requesting a visit with one of our spirits you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These can be changed at anytime to best benefit the companion and the spirits successful visitation.

All visits are requested for a specific day and time from Candii or Eve
If multiple requests for a spirit occur, the visits will go in order by who requested first and fall in line with second and third.

All visits must be concluded before the spirit can be adopted to allow for best possible situation for the spirit.

First visits get priority to someone who has visited with the spirit already.
The spirit is sent to you at the designated date and time for the visit.
Once a spirit is sent, they will be there in a few minutes.
Once the visit begins, either you or the spirit may end it at anytime, for any reason.
Spirits are dropped off and picked up by a guardian. This guardian will collect the spirit at the end of all visits.
Visits will last for 24 hours, unless otherwise predetermined.
All time is converted to PST, if your visit begins at 8 EST, it will begin at 5 PST and go according to our timezone.
Spirits will be automatically picked up after all visits.
Inappropriate behavior on visits is NOT tolerated. This includes sexual acts, attacking, feeding, kissing or anything of this nature.
If shown to attempt to do an inappropriate behavior, visits will be ended automatically. You will be banned from future visits, unable to adopt from us, as well as lose the ability to most, if not all, of our services.
Visits do not guarantee companionship, but are used to show your daily life and find it you two are compatible.
While I cannot tell you what occured on your visit, I can confirm or deny the invitation for companionship after the visit and I have touched base with the spirit.
Please tell the spirit your house rules so they do not accidently break one or offend you. They come with knowledge of visitor house rules, but if you have them as well, please tell them.
While we encourage visits, excessive visits, more than five (5) with the same spirit, will be declined. Reason being, if you are not actively looking to adopt said spirit and just want to hang out with them, the spirit could get crossed signals and we never want the spirit to be heartbroken if you decide to decline an adoption.
