Royals through Candiislittlemeta
Royals have been a topic brought up before and we were hesitant. We did not understand how, or why, a spirit of a royal hierarchy would wish to be companions. It was something that we sought to find out as well. During our time, we have not offered any royal spirits or spirits with a royal hierarchy, one because there were none that wanted companionship in our travels, as well as not feeling we were the best fit to try and find this companionship for these spirits. After time, spiritual growth, deity connection and trusting our path. We are honored to have a royal hierarchy come through our humble shop.
We wanted to explain why would would see those of royal lineage or noble lineage spirits up at our shop. We have come to the understanding that those of this hierarchy still want and deserve companionship. We have met other spirit workers, whom we trust, and found that those of a royal or noble line can use companionship as a means of escaping the high demands, and stress, of royal life. Not escape in a bad way, but a path they have chosen for themselves and is not predetermined for them. With spirits guiding us, spirit growth, consultation with our deities to see if this was the correct path, we are honored to take on this new experience and hope to have both companions excited for their new experience, together. Until the foreseeable future, we will be adopting out spirits of this hierarchy.
Their bios will include their formal title, responsibilities, a bit about their royal life and the royalty explained in their species or culture. As of now, we will try to only adopt those that are not directly in line for the throne or higher caliber. The reason being that we believe, currently, that they have far too many responsibilities to have both, their and the human companion, full interests at heart to have a fulfilling companionship. {This does not mean that we do not believe they cannot, but that they might not be able to and we never want one of the parties to feel neglected.} Currently, we will offer royal hierarchy spirits from the 2nd in line for the highest caliber and after. That would not be the king/queen or the heir to the throne but the 2nd prince/princess and after.
Royal hierarchy spirits will have some form of guard detail with them, of their own species, not from Candiislittlemeta. They are informed of house rule etiquette, and follow the house rules set up for the Sanctuary. As such, they know that they are supposed to wait outside of the warding of the companion unless they have been allowed to come inside by the human companion. These details will be no more than four (4) at a time, as requested by Candiislittlemeta, and, depending on how long they stay at a time, their guard detail will rotate out to give them breaks. These guards are not from Candiislittlemeta, and we also have these guard details outside of the Sanctuary when the spirit comes to visit. We request no more than four (4) so that other companions do not feel scared nor make the human companion anxious.
We would like to inform that royal hierarchy have matters of importance to take care of. Their commitment to their people and bloodline will come over companionship. If you do not allow them to attend to their social needs or obligations, your binding will be broken. Just like all of our bindings, if you try to force your will over your companion, you will break the binding. Companions, no matter their hierarchy, are free will beings and have as much of a say in what they do and do not do, just like you. We thank you for coming with us on this new journey and experience.
